Ivan Dratšov was a Soviet-born volleyball player and coach, known for his contributions to the sport in Estonia and beyond. He was notable for being the head coach of Tallinn Kalev, leading them to a Soviet Union championship in 1968. As a player, he won the Estonian SSR championship in 1947 and 1953. Dratšov was recognized as a distinguished coach in the Soviet Union, having trained around 40 athletes, four of whom became Olympic champions. He was influential in developing volleyball talent in Estonia and Ukraine.
