Isao Kurosaki (April 18, 1944 - September 13, 2008) was a Japanese educational administrator and scholar born in Asakusa, Taitō, Tokyo. He graduated from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Education in 1967 and completed his doctoral studies in 1977 with a thesis on the history of public education expenditure in modern Japan. Kurosaki served as an assistant professor and later a professor at Tokyo Metropolitan University, where he was also the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities. He retired in 2004 as a professor emeritus at Nihon University.
