Gustav Ingvar Persson was a Swedish architect born on May 4, 1927, in Stockholm and died in 1999 in Nacka. He graduated with an engineering degree in 1948 and from the Royal Institute of Technology in 1954. Persson worked as an engineer at Vattenfallsstyrelsen and as an architect for Lars Åkerlund. He served as a city planning architect in Nacka from 1957, becoming the city architect in 1964 and finally the planning director from 1987 until his retirement in 1993.
