Iben Albinus, also known as Iben Albinus Sabroe, is an award-winning Danish author and screenwriter born on November 13, 1972, in Aarhus. She graduated with a cand.mag. in English and Aesthetics and Culture from Aarhus University in 2002, with studies in Film Studies and Journalism at the Università di Siena, Italy. In 2016, she completed a screenwriting program and has since been a lecturer in Screenwriting. Albinus co-created the Ramasjang series Oda Omvendt and has contributed to popular Danish series including Sygeplejeskolen and Sommerdahl.
