Ian Andrew Chesterman is an Australian sports administrator, currently serving as the president of the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) since April 2022, having previously been vice president. He has led the Australian delegation as Chef de Mission at six Olympic Winter Games and was also the Chef de Mission for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, marking him as the first to head both a summer and winter Olympic Team. Under his leadership, Australia achieved numerous Olympic medals, reflecting his significant impact on Australian sports.
