He directed nearly fifty films, among which are well-known titles such as 'The Bride Who Has Returned From Hell' (1965), 'Foolish Bride, Naive Groom' (1967), and 'The Rice Dumpling Vendor' (1969). His works often integrate themes from plays and literature, showcasing his commitment to cultural expression through film. He passed away on 22 October 2010.
