Honor Isabel Pitman (born 30 October 1912 - died 19 April 1943) was a pioneering First Officer pilot in the British Air Transport Auxiliary during World War II. She was among a notable group of female pilots known for their contributions to aviation in a wartime context. Tragically, Pitman was one of the fifteen women pilots who lost their lives while serving in the ATA, highlighting the risks taken by women in roles traditionally held by men.
