Holger 'Danske' Skrydstrup was a Danish politician who served as the mayor of Lunderskov Municipality from the 1970 municipal reform until 1983. He was elected to the Skanderup Municipality council in 1968 and became the first mayor of the newly formed Lunderskov Municipality, which incorporated Skanderup two years later. He was a member of a local political list and succeeded by Bent Bechmann in 1983.
