Hiroshi Taguchi (March 18, 1922 - February 9, 2017) was a Japanese poet and former education commissioner in Higashimatsuyama, Saitama Prefecture. He was closely associated with cultural figures like Kotaro Takamura and Hiroshi Takada, contributing significantly to the school hymns of local elementary and middle schools. Known as the 'father of the Japan Three-Day March', he was instrumental in promoting education, sports, culture, and the arts in his community.
