Hiroshi Kawasaki (January 26, 1930 - October 21, 2004) was a Japanese poet and broadcaster from Tokyo. He co-founded the literary magazine 'Kai' with poet Noriko Ibaraki and was known for his vibrant poetic style, which opened up a fresh lyrical world in post-war poetry. His notable works include poetry collections 'Hakuchō' (1955) and 'Shokubutsu Koya' (1980), as well as the broadcast poetry drama 'Uo to Hashiru Toki' (1956). Kawasaki's contributions significantly shaped contemporary Japanese poetry.
