Hiroshi Ikenoue (December 7, 1910 - April 18, 2003) was a Japanese landscape researcher and a national park administrator. He served as a professor at Chiba University, specializing in horticulture. A pioneer in national park administration, Ikenoue was involved in the establishment of national parks in Japan from their inception and dedicated his life to natural park conservation. Born in Kagoshima Prefecture, he was raised in Taiwan.
