Hiroko Nagasaki is a former Japanese swimmer born on July 27, 1968. She competed in the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics and was the first primary school student to join the Japanese national swimming team. Nagasaki missed the 1980 Olympics due to Japan's boycott. After competing in the 1988 Olympics as a UC Berkeley student, she retired and worked for the Japanese Olympic Committee. She married Ryōichi Kasuga in 1995, and they have three daughters. Nagasaki also participated as a torchbearer in the 2020 Summer Olympics torch relay.
