Hira Devi Waiba (September 9, 1940 – January 19, 2011) was an Indian folk music artist who sang in the Nepali language. Recognized as a pioneer of Nepali folk music, she is noted for her song 'Chura ta haina Astura', the first recording of Tamang Selo folk music. Waiba was the first Nepali folk singer to produce records with HM Vith, and also the first Grade A Nepali folk singer of All India Radio. Her music albums were recorded and released by a prominent music house in Nepal.
