Henry Ståle Farstad (1954–2023) was a Norwegian local politician representing the Conservative Party (Høyre). He served as the deputy mayor of Fræna municipality from autumn 2011 and was in his fifth term in local politics. In addition to his political career, he worked as a fish exporter at the company Smefa AS located in Averøy.
