Henning Ragnar Myrvang (1946–2020) was a Norwegian politician affiliated with the Labour Party. He served as the mayor of Sør-Odal municipality for 32 years, making him one of Norway's longest-serving mayors. Myrvang did not seek reelection in 2007 and led his last ordinary municipal council meeting on October 25, 2007. At the meeting, he was honored with the King's Medal of Merit in gold for his extensive community engagement and contributions to local politics. He was also an honorary member of the Labour Party and the Sør-Odal Sanitary Association.
