Henk Scholte is a Groningen singer, writer, and presenter, born on July 26, 1959, in Emmen, Netherlands. He became involved in the Groningen cultural scene through music and literature, joining the folk group Törf in 1976. He co-founded the Groningen magazine Krödde in 1981, and published a poetry collection in 1991. Scholte is well-known for his radio program Twij Deuntjes veur ain cent, presented since 2000. He received the Wessel Gansfort prize from the Province of Groningen in 2002 for his cultural contributions.
