Harvey Lee Watkins Jr. (born November 2, 1954) is an American gospel musician and the lead singer of The Canton Spirituals, founded by his father. He began his solo career in 1990 with the album 'He's There All the Time,' released by J&B Records. His second album, 'It's in My Heart – Live in Raymond, MS,' came out in 2003 under Verity Records, achieving recognition on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart. His third album, 'Keep Knocking,' was released in 2013 by Malaco Records but did not chart.
