Harri Kiisk was an Estonian choir conductor, journalist, and public figure, born on December 13, 1922, in Rakvere. He served as a member of the board of the Estonian National Foundation and was the editor of the newspaper Teataja from 1956 to 2000. Kiisk was elected to the Estonian Committee's Council of Deputies in 1966, 1968, and 1970, contributing significantly to the cultural and social landscape of Estonia until his passing on June 3, 2000, in Stockholm.
