Harold L. 'Lin' Arison (1919-1998) was a retired U.S. Army major, conductor of the U.S. Army Band, and diplomat. He served as the first director of the Armed Forces Network in Taiwan, the predecessor of ICRT. Arison is recognized for his contributions to music, particularly for rearranging the national anthem and the 'avanciermars' march for the Republic of China.
