Notably, his novel "Come Fill the Cup" was adapted into a film featuring James Cagney. His significant radio scripts were for programs like "The Bartons" (1939-1941) and "One Man's Family" (1944-1959). Ware resided in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, from 1954 until 1966.
