Gyula Radnai was a Hungarian physicist and educator, born on April 15, 1939, in Budapest and passed away on May 24, 2021. He served as an associate professor and was the head of the editorial board of KöMaL Physics since 1989. Radnai is well-known for his contributions to high school physics education, particularly through his co-authored textbooks (Dér–Radnai–Soós), and for his writings on the history of physics in Hungary. His work has had a significant impact on the teaching of physics in Hungary.
