Grigoriy Zakharovich Eremkin was a Russian Soviet bassoonist, born on March 1, 1912, in Budennovsk mine and passed away on March 1, 1990, in Leningrad. He was a soloist with the Leningrad Philharmonic Orchestra and served as a professor at the Leningrad Conservatory. Eremkin was a recipient of a diploma from a nationwide competition and was honored as a Merited Artist of the RSFSR in 1963.
