Gōichi Yanagawa (March 30, 1902 - April 26, 1986) was a Japanese painter and sculptor from Hakodate, Hokkaido. He graduated at the top of his class from the Tokyo School of Fine Arts and was active as an illustrator for children's magazines and picture books prior to World War II. As a sculptor, he created notable works including the Takadaya Kahei statue in Hakodate and the Miura Kaan statue at Glover Garden in Nagasaki. He also contributed to the establishment of the Japanese Publishing Artists' Federation.
