Glenn Graham Goosen is a South African judge born on April 12, 1962. He served as a judge of the Eastern Cape High Court from January 2012 to December 2022 before his appointment to the Supreme Court of Appeal. Prior to his judicial career, he was an advocate in Port Elizabeth, achieving silk status in 2004. Goosen was also involved as a prominent student activist during the anti-apartheid movement and held the position of director of investigations for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
