Giovanni Battista Ceoletta was an Italian general and aviator born on January 30, 1916, in Avesa. He was a decorated combat pilot during World War II, recognized as an ace of the Italian fighter aviation with over ten aerial victories while serving in the 10th Group of the 4th Ground Attack Wing. After the war, he became a stunt pilot in the Pattuglie del Cavallino Rampante and the Diavoli Rossi. Ceoletta passed away on August 17, 1981.
