Gilles Gariépy is a Quebecois radio host born on December 20, 1955, in Sorel-Tracy. He has been working in radio since 1982 and currently hosts overnight shows at CKOI-FM in Montreal. Gariépy has created several games for his night-time listeners, including 'Le Défi des Grands' and 'L'Original ou la Copie.' He presents the first news review of the day and plays current hit songs. After being laid off on March 27, 2009, he transitioned to a different role at CKOI and was also the artistic director for a music contest in the 1980s and 1990s.
