Gilbert Leung Kam-ho is a former politician from Macau who served as a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1991 to 1993, representing the Regional Council constituency and the Sai Kung District Board. His political career was marred in 1993 when he was convicted of bribery for attempting to persuade two regional councillors to vote in his favor during the 1991 election. As a result, he was removed from office and sentenced to three years in prison.
