Gertrud Scholtz-Klink (February 9, 1902 - March 24, 1999) was a prominent member of the Nazi Party in Germany. She served as the leader of the National Socialist Women's League and was known as the 'strong leader.' Scholtz-Klink embodied the ideal of the German woman in society during the Nazi regime. However, she spent the latter part of her life in prison until her death, as a result of her affiliation and admiration for National Socialism.
