George Baer Hiester (1909–1962) was a businessman from Berks County, Pennsylvania. Born in Reading, he graduated from the Hill School and attended Yale University. Hiester is primarily known for constructing Stokesay Castle in Reading, designed as a wedding gift for his wife. He served in the Army during World War II and passed away in 1962, where he is buried in Charles Evans Cemetery. His family background includes notable grandfathers in the region's history.
