Garlin Murl Conner (1919–1998) was a distinguished United States Army technical sergeant and first lieutenant who served in World War II. He was recognized for his bravery, receiving the Distinguished Service Cross, four Silver Stars, and the French Croix de guerre for his actions in Italy and France.
