Fumihiko Tōgō (August 18, 1915 - April 9, 1985) was a prominent Japanese diplomat during the Shōwa era. He played a significant role in Japan's post-war diplomacy as a member of the American School of diplomacy, serving in key positions such as Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs and Ambassador to the United States. Originally bearing the surname Honsyo, he adopted the Tōgō name through his marriage to Ise Tōgō, the daughter of politician Shigenori Tōgō.
