Jørn Fredrik Mellem is a Norwegian politician born in 1969, affiliated with the Labour Party (Ap). He serves as the general secretary of the European Movement in Norway and was formerly the leader of the Oslo Labour Society. Mellem became politically active at the age of 16 in Nittedal AUF after the parliamentary elections in 1985 and has since been consistently involved in leadership roles within the AUF and the Labour Party.
