Frederic D. Meyer was an American football end who played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles during the early 1940s. After a college career at Stanford, he was drafted by the Eagles in 1942, where he ranked among the league's leaders in receiving yards. His professional career was interrupted by his service in World War II as a member of the United States Navy. He returned to the Eagles in 1945 to continue his football career.
