He served as White House Communications Director in 1981 and began his political career as a staff assistant to President Gerald R. Ford. Frank has held various roles in the automotive industry and currently chairs Union Park Automotive Group. Additionally, he has participated in numerous political communication efforts, including coordinating the presidential debates. A Vietnam veteran and Bronze Star Medal recipient, he holds degrees from UCLA and Gettysburg College and resides in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife.
