Franklin D. Myers is a former American football offensive tackle born on January 4, 1956. He played in the NFL for the Minnesota Vikings after being drafted in the fifth round of the 1978 draft by the Baltimore Colts. Myers had a modest career, appearing in 12 games during his rookie year and 14 the next, yet he did not register significant statistics aside from a fumble recovery in a playoff game. In 2007, he initiated a lawsuit against the Vikings regarding loss of earnings due to injury-related issues.
