Finn Haunstoft was a Danish sprint canoeist born in Aarhus on July 8, 1928. He competed in the 1950s and notably won a gold medal at the 1952 Helsinki Summer Olympics in the C-2 1,000 meters event alongside his partner Bent Peder Rasch. Haunstoft also participated in the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, finishing sixth in the C-2 10,000 meters event. He passed away on May 12, 2008, in Kielstrup Sø.
