Fergus John Darling (1920-1981) was an Australian politician and a member of the Liberal Party. He served in the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1976 to 1981. A World War II veteran, he was a prisoner of war for three years. After the war, he joined the Apex Club and became an industrial advocate. Darling was elected to Nedlands City Council and served as Deputy Mayor before becoming Executive Director of the New South Wales Employers' Federation. He retired from politics due to illness and passed away while still in office.
