Felix Manning Jr. was an American baseball player and manager, known for his role as a first baseman in the Negro leagues during the 1930s. Born on November 14, 1909, in Jefferson County, Alabama, he played for the Montgomery Grey Sox in 1932. Later, he managed the Atlanta Black Crackers in 1944 and also took to the pitcher's mound twice that season. Manning's life came to an end in November 1982 in Birmingham, Alabama, at the age of 72 or 73.
