Felix Finkbeiner, born Felix Maximilian Finkbeiner on October 8, 1997, in Munich, is a German ecologist and environmental activist. In 2007, with the help of his family, he co-founded the Plant-for-the-Planet initiative, aiming to plant one million trees in every country. In February 2011, he presented his goal at the United Nations General Assembly, under the slogan 'Stop talking, start planting.' Since then, he has delivered over one hundred speeches worldwide, encouraging children to contribute to improving the planet through tree planting.
