Fejat Sejdić (1941-2017) was a prominent Serbian Romani trumpeter and leader of a Balkan brass band from Bojnik, Serbia. He began playing the trumpet from a very young age, influenced by his family's musical background. Known for his exceptional skill, he achieved significant recognition at the Guča Trumpet Festival and was honored as 'The master of Guča for all times'. Despite never learning to read music, he toured internationally, collaborating with famous artists and performing for dignitaries. His unique trumpet sound set new standards in brass music, leaving a lasting legacy.
