Federico Ngomo Nandong was an Equatorial Guinean politician born on April 29, 1929, in Bidjabidjan. He served as the President of the Provincial Deputation of Río Muni and was also the Director General of the Territorial Union of Cooperatives of Río Muni. Ngomo was a member of the Spanish Cortes for three legislative terms until 1969. He was detained, tortured, and assassinated in 1971 at the age of 51, just three years after Equatorial Guinea's independence, during the dictatorship of Francisco Macías Nguema.
