Eva Graungaard (December 7, 1928 – August 20, 2008) was a Danish physician and former resistance fighter for BOPA during World War II. After the war, she continued her political activism in the Danish Communist Party until 1956, focusing especially on children's rights. In recognition of her contributions, she received the Dag Hammarskjöld Peace Prize in 1987 and the Albert Schweitzer Prize of Medicine in 1992.
