Erling Myhre was a Norwegian politician affiliated with the Centre Party (Sp). He served as the mayor of Rendalen municipality from 1995 until 2007 and did not seek re-election in 2007. Myhre was notable for being the only mayor in Rendalen after 1945 who was not from the Labour Party, having been elected through a technical electoral collaboration with the Socialist Left Party (SV). He also held the position of organizational deputy leader of Hedmark Centre Party from 1993 to 1997 and was the chair of the People's Action for New Predator Policy.
