Erhabor Ogieva Emokpae was a prominent Nigerian sculptor, muralist, graphic artist, and painter, celebrated as one of the pioneers of modern arts in Nigeria. He is best known for creating a bronze replica of the ivory mask of Queen Idia for the Second World Black and African Festival of Arts and Culture (FESTAC 77) and a notable painting of Queen Amina. Emokpae also contributed to the decorations at the four entrances of Lagos's National Arts Theatre.
