Emanuel Abu Kissi is a Ghanaian medical doctor and a prominent leader within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Born on December 24, 1938, he is notable for being one of the few black Africans to serve as an area seventy in the LDS Church. He played a significant role as the official head of the church in Ghana during a challenging period between 1989 and 1990, also focusing on enhancing interfaith relationships in the country.
