Elmer Fung (冯沪祥) was a Taiwanese politician born on May 8, 1948, in Shanghai, China. He was active in the Kuomintang until 1993 and then in the New Party from 1993 onwards. Fung served as a member of the Legislative Yuan from February 1, 1999, to January 31, 2002. He passed away in 2018.
