Einar 'Wallen' Mjåland is a Norwegian musician, singer, songwriter, and bassist, born on December 9, 1955. He is best known as the former bassist of New Jordal Swingers from 1984 to 1989. He has worked as a session musician and substitute bassist for various bands, including New Jordal Swingers. Mjåland contributed to Lene Marlin's album, 'Playing My Game', and has performed backing vocals on several 'Kaptein Sabeltann' records. He has also played in bands like Private Eye, Son of Sam, and Soultrain, and released his debut EP, 'Budgie', in 2014.
