Eiichi Aoki (December 10, 1932 - May 4, 2020) was a Japanese geographer and Doctor of Science. He served as the president of the Historical Geography Society from 2002 to 2005. His specialties included cultural geography, transport geography, and industrial archaeology, with research focusing on railway history, political geography of maritime power, and maritime history. Aoki was also known for his passion for railways, promoting the recognition of amateur railway research within cultural geography. He was an emeritus professor at Tokyo Gakugei University.
