Eduardo Antonio Marturet was a Venezuelan diplomat born on January 9, 1907, in Macuto. He completed secondary education at a lyceum in Caracas and earned a Bachelor's degree at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He furthered his studies in political sciences at the same university before continuing education at the École libre des sciences politiques in Paris. Marturet served as ambassador to West Germany from 1955 to 1958. He passed away on November 19, 1984.
