Eduardo Carvalho Bandeira de Mello is a Brazilian administrator, sports leader, and politician born in Rio de Janeiro on March 22, 1953. He is affiliated with the Brazilian Socialist Party (PSB). Bandeira served as the president of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo from 2013 to 2015 and again from 2016 to 2018. He is currently a federal deputy representing Rio de Janeiro. In 2018, he ran for a seat in the Chamber of Deputies with the REDE party but was not elected. He successfully ran for the same position with the PSB in 2022, receiving 72,725 votes.
